Return & Exchange

Satisfaction Quality


Your satisfaction is guaranteed with us. Return is offered for your order in their original packaging within 7 days upon receiving for a refund or exchange. In any rare circumstance that your products has a defect or is wrongly sent please contact us within this time frame.


Free Return for Exchange or Refund



  • Please contact us before any return. We will reject direct return without advanced request.
  • Please include the Order ID number in the parcel.
  • The return products need to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also need to be in the original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for postal damage should it occurs due to poor packaging.
  • We will inspect the return and reserve the right to reject returns.


  • Step 1: contact us about the return, whatsapp (016 812 2199) is preferred.
  • Step 2: upon agreement, pack all the original packaging back in good condition.
  • Step 3: Harvest Fish & Pet (HFP) will email you an airway bill in PDF file.
  • Step 4: please print the PDF file and stick onto the parcel.
  • Step 5: HFP will arrange the courier service pick up.
  • Step 6: Refund or exchange will be made upon our accepting the return.

Defective | Wrong products

  • In any rare case, the product is defective or wrongly sent, we will bear all the shipping costs.
  • For a defective or totally wrong product, a new shipment will be sent upon receiving the proof of the returned product.
  • If it is a right product with missing parts only, the parts will be shipped after contacting us.

Broken products | Parcel Opened

  • In any case, the product is broken or parcel is opened after receiving the parcel, customer is required to inform the Courier Service at once.
  • We are not held responsible for any broken or opened parcel because our parcel are sent out in good condition and packaging.
